What happens next

We confirm the workflow and the data you are comfortable sharing.
You provide a CSV and a redacted completed case or equivalent sample.
You review the configured queue, evidence pack and export before deciding whether to continue.

What to prepare

Current open-container CSV or spreadsheet.
Return instruction, changed-depot evidence or dehire receipt example.
One detention invoice or completed review case, redacted if needed.

After submission, expect a direct follow-up acknowledged within one business day, Monday to Friday, excluding South Australian public holidays to confirm fit, scope and whether a redacted case is enough to start.
